How to reach us
From the airport
Palermo Falcone-Borsellino airport is about 35 km away.
- Taxi: approximately 40–50 minutes
- Private transfer: we offer a door-to-door service from/to the airport for up to 3 people — book via WhatsApp
- Trinacria Express: train to Palermo Centrale (30 min), then 15 minutes on foot or a short taxi to the Teatro Massimo
Bus & tram
Tram stop “Teatro Massimo” on the Ring line — we are 50 metres from the stop.
AMAT routes 101, 102 and 103 run along Via Maqueda and stop near the Teatro Massimo.
By car
The property is outside the ZTL restricted zone: no access restrictions by car.
Supervised parking available nearby, on request and subject to availability — contact us in advance to reserve a space.
On foot from the centre
From Piazza Politeama, walk south along Via Ruggero Settimo until it meets Via Maqueda. Continue straight: after about 5 minutes the Teatro Massimo is directly ahead. We are at the corner of Via Maqueda and Via Cavour.
On arrival
Building access
The lift stops between the first and second floors. On exiting the cabin, about 13 steps lead down to the floor where the rooms are. The property is not suitable for guests in wheelchairs or with significant mobility difficulties.
Check-in hours
Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can organise your welcome. For arrivals after 8:00 pm, self check-in can be arranged.
Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. If you have luggage to leave after check-out, contact us in advance to check availability.
