Every morning, in the shared salon on the first floor, with a view of the Teatro Massimo.
Breakfast is included in the price of your stay. It is served in the main salon: laid tables, natural light through the balcony windows, and all the calm you need before heading out into the city. It's not a hotel buffet — it's a Sicilian breakfast prepared with carefully selected produce.

Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
If you have an early train or flight, let us know at check-in: we will prepare something for you in advance.

We do our best to accommodate everyone: gluten-free and lactose-free options available on request.
Granita and brioche
In summer, on request, we add Sicilian granita with brioche — the quintessential Palermo breakfast.
